Our Mission

As a family-owned and operated business, we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all individuals, regardless of their gender, sexuality, race or ability. Our mission is to empower individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to confidently and safely navigate the waterways and provide life-saving aid in any situation, while also promoting a love and respect for nature and the environment.

Our Ethos

At 3 Fins Training, we firmly believe that the learner is our top priority. Whether we are conducting training sessions on the water or in the classroom, we strive to create an environment that is friendly, inviting, and conducive to learning. We understand that everyone has their own unique learning style and pace, and we take the time to understand and cater to each of our learners' needs.

Our team of experienced trainers are committed to delivering high-quality and innovative training programmes that are tailored to suit our learners' diverse needs. We believe that learning should be an enjoyable and engaging experience and we work hard to ensure that our learners remain motivated and stimulated throughout their training.

We are always looking for new ways to improve our training methods and techniques, and we welcome feedback from our learners as we believe that this is an essential part of continuous improvement. We pride ourselves on our ability to create a warm and friendly environment where learners feel comfortable to ask questions and participate in discussions.

In summary, the learner is at the heart of everything we do. We are passionate about providing exceptional training that meets their needs, and we do this with a friendly approach that puts them at ease and encourages them to learn and grow.
